There were 30 homes sold during the month on May 2012 of which number of sold Holladay Utah homes in monthly levels went up 6.67% with 28 sold properties in April. Year over year change of sale also climbed up 3.33% that had 29 houses released in May of last year.
The median price the previous year was $259,000, it increased to $303,450. Original sold price fropped from $316,000 to $303,450.
Currently, a total of 143 active homes are listed in the real estate market and, 60 have gone under contract.
