?Cheryl has proven herself to be a highly successful human resources leader?Johnson has been serving as the director of talent and organizational development for Textron's Bell Helicopter business since 2011, responsible for Bell's talent recruitment and succession process as well as optimizing its overall organization design. Johnson joined Textron in 1996 and over the years has held various human resources leadership positions across Textron's businesses, including senior human resources business partner for Greenlee from 2005 to 2006 and vice president of human resources for E-Z-GO, a position which she held from 2006 until joining Bell in 2009 as human resources director.
Before joining Textron, Johnson's career encompassed multi-industry and multi-functional management roles spanning human resources, marketing and sales, and finance disciplines as well as retail, public administration and aerospace and defense industries.
